Our returns policy.
We always aim to put customer service at the forefront of our business and we want you to be completely satisfied with every aspect of your purchase.
If for any reason you are less than delighted, please feel free to return your items for a refund or exchange. Almost all returns are processed the day that they are received, although at busy periods this may not be possible, so please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. We will send you an e-mail confirming that the return has been received and processed.

When returning items to Moriarty Bikes please ensure that the product is returned to us in a safe and secure manner. Please make certain the product is well packaged and protected from damage as much as possible whilst in transit. Do not stick any labels directly on to the item or the item’s original packaging.
We highly recommend that all items which are being returned to Moriarty Bikes are sent using an insured and trackable delivery service for your own protection.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment source. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to show in your account.
Returning Unwanted items
Any items from your order that are unsuitable or unwanted can be returned for a full refund or exchange, provided that they are returned within 30 days of dispatch and in a saleable condition. All returns should be in the same condition that they were received. Please ensure that they are unused/ unfitted and unwashed/ unworn. Returned items must be in original packaging with tags intact.
Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs unless the product is faulty.
Returning Faulty Items
All goods that we supply are individually checked prior to dispatch to ensure product excellence. However we can appreciate that occasionally manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you feel your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
We will refund your return postage on all faulty items up to a maximum of £25. If the postage is going to cost more than £25 please contact us to arrange the most suitable method of return.
Faulty item returns must be accompanied with a returns form and be in clean condition.
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
For all international returns please follow ‘Returning Unwanted Items’ above.
Moriarty Bikes will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. To minimise the likelihood of customs charges being applied, International returns packages MUST be clearly marked as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE.
Failing to do this may result in the customer being responsible for the customs charges and/or the package being refused at UK customs and being returned to you.
If you have paid import duty on your goods, and you are returning them for a refund, you should be able to claim back a refund of the duties paid from your local Customs Authority. Usually you will need to provide the Customs Authority with the proof of duty paid, date of receipt of the goods and proof of export.
Due to international return postage and duty charges, we are unable to process exchanges for returned items outside of the UK. Please re-order the desired item as required and return the unwanted item for a refund.
All Moriarty Bikes items carry a 3 year warranty, unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event that an item has developed a fault within its warranty period please get in contact with us before returning the item as in some cases you may not need to post the item back.
Faulty items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and/or repair. Please note that this may increase the processing time for the return, but we will keep you informed throughout the process via our Returns Team.
The item will be repaired or replaced solely at the manufacturers discretion, however we will work closely with both the manufacturer and you, the customer, to ensure a positive outcome.
For items that have developed a fault outside of the warranty period please get in contact with us and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
Incorrectly Supplied Items
Where an error has been made by us and you have received items that were not ordered, we will replace these as quickly as possible and refund your return postage.
Any damaged, absent or incorrect deliveries must be notified within 14 days of the original order date.
Returning an item from a discount offer
Returned items that were purchased as part of a multiple item discount and/or special offers may lead to the original discount being voided and thus any refund amount will be affected. For example, a purchase totalling over £100 used in conjunction with a ‘spend over £100’ offer code. If an item is returned from this purchase, which results in the total order dropping below £100 you will lose any discount applied to that order. However, you can return the whole order for a full refund.
Not received your order?
If you have not received your order please get in touch with us. A member of the team will confirm the shipping date and method.
Due to Royal Mail procedure we cannot consider an item lost until 15 days has passed.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to reject any returned goods which are not returned in accordance with our returns policy. You would be liable for the return postage of the goods back to you in this instance.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
